P turns 1

My little P turns 1 today. 

You are growing up very fast.

Some fun facts about you.
 You love to laugh and are carefree.
You love to "wake up" your big sister.
You love a bottle of milk right before bedtime.  No milk, no bed.
You still use your pacifier but at least it's only for sleeping times.
You've been walking since about 11 months and are quite the fast one!
You will try to repeat things I say.
You love to be tickled.
When you first wake up from a nap, you like to cuddle up to me. :)
Anytime there is a drink sitting around... you always find it, and then dump it.
You have a funny little dance where you "bounce" your knees.
You have Disney hands.  (You know... the kinds of hand poses the Princesses use)
And your favorite toy?  Well, anything that makes a noise.

What is it about blogs?  I love them.  They have been a lifeline for this mom of two with a husband who is gone a lot.  But what about when the tables turn and I try to write something.  Anything.  I just go blank.  How does one write about their own life?  This is my question, to me, to you and to all the wonderful blogs whom I adore. 

Watch out for giraffs!

I don't know what is going on with our zoos these days. Do they just let their animals out to run wild around the city? I stepped out my door and saw this giraffe. E-gads! What's next? Gorillas?
